Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, or CBH, is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques and evidence based hypnotherapy. This integration is proven to be more effective than using either approach on its own.  Everything I do is evidence-based and solution focused.  I work in a way that is collaborative and bespoke to you and your needs, much of which is very practical.  I want to help you learn more about yourself and to teach you skills and strategies you can take away from the therapy session and apply to a whole range of situations, benefiting your life as a whole.
