Alix's Apple Tutorials

I worked for Apple Inc. at the Grand Arcade, Cambridge store for twelve years. I qualified as a Creative trainer in 2015 and have taught all ages from 6 to 86. During my career as a Creative, I led both individual sessions and small groups.

​The topics I cover range from Mac, iPad and iPhone Basics to iCloud, photography, video editing, art, digital music and much more. I also offer setup.

​My first contact with technology was as a customer myself, learning from the wonderfully talented and knowledgeable people who became my colleagues at the Apple Store.

​I retired from Apple in 2021.
